Returns
Policy
- Please choose your items carefully as we cannot offer refunds, store credits or replacements if a product has been opened, used and tested.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of date of purchase.
- For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on any opened or used makeup products, skin care, brushes, brush sets and sponges.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty brush, it must be unused and in original, unopened and resealable condition.
- Any damages/faults must be advised of upon the day of receipt of your package and will be assessed to see if deemed faulty. Outer packaging of an item or cracked internal mirror of a palette is not deemed as faulty goods, only if the actual product has arrived damaged; eg broken eye brush, highlighter, pencil etc.
- Makeup Cases are not deemed faulty if there are slight marking on the case or inside of the case. If the case has arrived broken eg: cracked or a broken latch then we will require photos to assess the damage.
- No returns are accepted on brushes or beauty sponges that have been used and or washed then deemed faulty.
- No returns on sale items.
Exchange
- We will exchange for incorrectly supplied products if a product is unopened, not used and in its original condition.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened & unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
- Please pack the products safely to ensure no damage during transit. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges on stock damaged in transit back to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item. We suggest you track your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and can not process any returns if we do not receive the item.
- Returns will be issued as a Refund or Store Credit.
- Store Credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Postage associated with returns is the responsibility of the customer.
- Return shipping of an exchange item is also at the customers expense.
Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of collecting your return from our PO Box.
- We will send you an email with the details of your processed return and credit voucher.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received an incorrect item, please email us with the product details. If you wish to return the item to exchange for the correct one, postage costs will be covered by us. Please include your postage receipt inside the package so we may credit you.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed less postage costs.

Please choose your items carefully as unfortunately we do not offer returns for International orders.
We are also not responsible for any taxes, duties or postage/clearance delays. Please check with your local customs office to ensure your order complies with local customs regulations.
