Shipping

Orders are packed securely and carefully so that you receive your items in the same perfect condition they left. Orders are shipped within 24hrs* Monday to Friday (excludes Public Holidays. Please see dispatch cut off time below). We ship Worldwide.

Australia: 

Packages are shipped from our Head Office in Dandenong, VIC, postcode 3175. Orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel Service. We provide you the highest service that includes:

  • Detailed Tracking – a full tracked service with email updates.
  • Signature on Delivery – your parcel must be signed for upon delivery.
  • Free Insurance Cover – in the unfortunate event that loss or damage occurs in transit, your parcel is protected by their insurance cover.These service inclusions are available on both the Standard & Express shipping options. Once your order ships, you will be updated by Australia Post via email of your shipment progress, their scheduled delivery date and once it has been delivered. Shipping confirmation emails are sent after 1pm AEST.

Australian Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping – starts at $8.50 includes Tracking, Insurance Cover + Signature on Delivery.

Express Shipping – starts at $10 includes Tracking, Insurance Cover + Signature on Delivery.

Free Shipping orders over $80 – ships by Standard Shipping. It still includes Tracking, Insurance Cover + Signature on Delivery. If you wish to use Express Shipping, it is still offered at checkout.

All shipping costs are provided at final step of checkout. Free Shipping applies to order subtotal value of $80 or more.

Please note: Express shipping will not speed up the order processing time. It just means you have chosen a faster delivery service through Australia Post. 

 

Australia Post approx transit/delivery times within Australia:

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only as transit times vary right across AustraliaThese time frames exclude Public Holidays and Weekends.

Australia Post and overseas carriers are responsible for your purchase’s transit once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Any transit delays with the carrier are out of our control. Please monitor the status of your package through the tracking link we email.
Standard Shipping:

NSW: 2-3 working days.
QLD: 1-3 working days.
SA: 2-5 working days.
WA: 3-5 working days.
NT: 3-7 working days.
ACT: 3-5 working days.
TAS: 3-5 working days.
VIC: 3-5 working days.

NOTE: Regional Areas add 2-4 business days to your nearest capital city.


Express Shipping:

Express Post is next day delivery for Capital Cities and Metro areas.

Shipping Cutoffs for Daily Dispatch:

Monday – Friday: Order before 8am AEST*. Orders placed after 8am are shipped next business day (excludes Public Holidays)

Saturday – Sunday: Closed, orders will be shipped next business day*.

*Note: During busy sale periods, weekend orders & our peak season Nov-Dec lead up to Xmas, please allow up to 2-7 working days for order processing and to receive your tracking information. We also leave notes at the top of this page and on your order confirmation email for any current processing delays.

 

Order Tracking:

Australian Customers: Once Australia Post collects the orders from us, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us and also Australia Post which has another tracking link. You will be updated by Australia Post via email of your order progress, their scheduled delivery date and once it has been delivered. You can also track orders via Australia Post website using your tracking number: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.

Please Note: Please don’t email asking what day Australia Post will deliver as we honestly will not know the scheduled delivery date and can’t provide you an answer. Australia Post will keep you informed by email of their scheduled delivery day. You can also manually check the status of your package anytime via your tracking link and they provide an ETA on their online tracking portal.

International Customers: If you have chosen a Tracked Shipping service then you will be provided the same links to track your order.

 

Late Delivery or Broken Item (Australian Customers):

If your order has past their scheduled delivery date by 5 working days, you will need to lodge a missing/late inquiry with Australia Post herePlease note this can take Australia Post up to 10 working days to investigate

In the unfortunate event that items have arrived damaged, you will need to lodge a claim with Australia Post. For information on how to apply for a claim, please click here. Alternatively, if you require further assistance you can email us at customerservice@thebeautybrowparlour.com.au

 

Any damages must be advised within 24hrs of receipt of your package and will be assessed to see if deemed faulty. If faults are advised after this date we are not able to accept the report.

Authority To Leave:

Australian shipping includes Signature on Delivery. Discount Beauty Boutique take no responsibility for parcels that may go missing when customers request to leave unattended at their premises or use Australia Post Safe Drop Service and request to have no Signature on Delivery. Requesting this option is at your own risk.

Returned Article:

thebeautybrowparlour.com.au cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. If your parcel does get returned due to providing an incorrect address, refused delivery or because it was unclaimed at the Post Office, you will incur a $20 return to sender fee that Australia Post charges us. You will also have to pay a postage fee to have the parcel returned to you.

Confirmation of your details is given on the checkout page before submitting your order. If you have submitted an order with an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@thebeautybrowparlour.com.au

New Zealand:

All shipping options will be provided at checkout. We provide the options of:

  • Standard Air Mail (non tracked) from $6.50 – 5-35 working days for delivery – Service suspended by air carriers due to Covid
  • Standard Air Mail (non tracked) + Signature on Delivery from $11 – 5-28 working days for delivery – Service suspended by air carriers due to Covid
  • Tracked Shipping from $12 – 3-14 working days for delivery
  • Express Courier from $15 – 2-7 working days for delivery from date of shipment
  • Free Tracked Shipping for orders over $120
  • Insured Post Options

All transit times noted above are approximate time frames provided by the postal service. Thebeautybrowparlour cannot be held accountable for delays with the postal service or customs clearance once reaching NZ. If you select the untracked service, Discount Beauty Boutique are not held accountable for any lost packages in transit.

Insured Post is an option that covers your package for any loss or damage. If no insurance is selected, Discount Beauty Boutique will not be held accountable for late deliveries, lost articles or damage relating to late deliveries. 

International Customers: If you have selected an Insured Post option and if by chance, your parcel does get lost or your item/s arrive broken, you can submit a claim with your local Post Office for the loss or damage.

Note: Once your order ships you will receive a tracking update showing picked up from sender. In some cases you may not see any movement on the tracking for a few days as the parcels have to go through Australian Customs for examination before being cleared and transferred to the air carrier.

Rest of the World:

Shipping to all other countries starts from $8. We provide the option of Standard Air Mail, Air Mail + Insurance, Tracked and Express. Please note the standard Air Mail service is a non tracked service.

You will see your shipping costs prior to payment, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered the Shipping method choices and their prices.

Air Mail: 5-28 Working Days. No tracking with this service.

International Tracked: 3-14 Working Days.

International Express: 2-3 Working Days. Tracked + Signature on delivery.
