It is theoretically possible to have your eyebrows waxed within hours of the procedure but this is not recommended. The liquid Botox needs to be evenly dispersed within your forehead so you’re required to keep your head upright and refrain from touching the area too much for the first few hours. The mild trauma of waxing the area too soon could cause the Botox to move around in an unwanted way. Once you’ve passed the first 24 hours of injection, you should be fine. If you’re somebody that’s particularly cautious, you can wait a full week, but it’s highly unlikely you’ll see any negative consequences after the first day.
Should I Get My Eyebrows Waxed Before My Botox Treatment?
While this might seem like a logical idea, it’s not recommended. The injected Botox will reshape that area of your face. Once it settles, you may find that your brows are no longer shaped the way they were beforehand.
